Will using your products get me high?
All of the products are made from full-spectrum raw cannabis sativa L. (hemp) and contain less than 0.3% delta-9 THC, so you should not feel any heavy psychotropic effects. For first-time users, we suggest you start with 5-10 drops of our oil under the tongue, wait 90 minutes and then increase the dosage accordingly.

How do you test your products to ensure they are safe and accurate?
Every small batch of Awakened products is triple lab tested throughout the production process. The hemp flower, base oil, and finished product are all tested to ensure product potency and purity.
Do I need a prescription or medical recommendation to purchase your products?
No. Awakened products can be purchased online in most states and shipped directly to you.
What ingredients are in your Rawlief Oil?
Just two--premium, sun-grown cannabis (hemp) and extra virgin olive oil.
Why do you use extra virgin olive oil for your extraction?
We use EVOO, as opposed to MCT oil, for a few reasons--it's healthier and more sustainable. EVOO is rich in heart-healthy monounsaturated fats, Omega-3s, and Omega-6s. Studies have shown that it is an ideal carrier for hemp and is easily absorbed by the body. And, unlike MCT oil, which is actually a processed food, EVOO is a virgin cold pressed oil. In terms of sustainability, EVOO is significantly more eco-friendly than MCT because it can be sourced locally. MCT oil is typically derived from coconut and palm grown in southeast Asia, which adds significantly to the overall carbon footprint of MCT oil-based products.
Can I cross state lines with your product(s)?
Yes, you are free to travel across state lines with our product(s).
Are your products safe to use on my pet(s)?
Absolutely! Our products are big with the critter crowd. Just remember that our products are formulated for humans, so you will need to adjust the dose accordingly to suit the size of your pet.
Has my order shipped?
It usually takes us one full business day to process your order. Once your product has shipped, we will send you an email with tracking information so you know exactly when your package should arrive.
Can you ship internationally?
No, our products are only available for shipment to U.S. based addresses at this time. This includes all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia.
Why is my order taking so long?
Since we need one full business day to fulfill your order, those placed late Thursday or Friday may not ship out until the following Monday excluding major holidays.
It says my order has been delivered, but I don't see it!
Oh no! We hate to hear this. The USPS tracking system will often list a package as "delivered" for multiple days before it actually arrives, so you should probably give it another day or two. If you still don't see it, please reach out to your local post office, as they'll give a customer far more info than they'll give us. Then stay in touch, and let us know what happens! We're happy to help how we can.
